At Yumi Nutrition, customers can return any unwanted items within 60 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused/unopened and in perfect condition for resale. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning unwanted goods. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. If the goods are faulty, Yumi Nutrition will either send a replacement free of charge or process a refund. For exchanges, products of the same value or lower can be exchanged, and a refund will be processed for the remaining balance. However, customers are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back if an exchange is wanted and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

As for the shipping policy, all orders are shipped from their UK fulfilment centre. If orders are placed by 4PM GMT on a weekday, the parcel will be shipped on the same day. For USA and Europe, all parcels will be sent from the UK via Royal Mail International tracked service at a cost of $9.95. For the rest of the world, shipping can take up to 3 weeks to arrive to certain countries and locations. Domestic customers have the choice between three different courier partners: EVRi, Royal Mail and DPD. Express (next day) shipping costs $4.95.
